During the class, you will have the opportunity to apply what you learn to your specific influence situations and present your scenario and approach to your syndicate group, so please think carefully about the examples you use.  Our suggestion is to choose a communication situation/scenario you have coming up so that you can apply what you plan during the training back in your workplace.
