Note that the interactive function may not work correctly if you open the file in Google Chrome.

Once completed, simply press ‘Submit Form’ in the menu ribbon of the interactive form and your responses will be automatically sent back to Total Inter Action. (You may be prompted to select an email client; if so please use ‘Desktop Email Application’).

You can also print your completed interactive form for your records. (Note if you prefer not to print the form but want to review your answers later, you can locate the completed pdf in your sent email items).

Answering the questions will help your trainer tailor their approach to fit your needs, as well as the needs of the group.

It should only take take a few minutes to respond, and the deadline for your response is detailed in your pre-work email.
