Takahiro (Taka), as he’s known to English speakers, brings over 17 years of extensive corporate experience to his training and coaching practice, which began in 2000. Before joining Total Inter Action, Taka held global training and management roles at Sony, working in Japan, Mexico, and the United States. He began his career as an engineer, providing him with a strong technical foundation.

Today, Taka focuses on empowering individuals to reach their full potential through hands-on coaching and Total Inter Action’s comprehensive training programs in thinking, planning, communication skills, and cross-functional team leadership. He works with executives, leaders, managers, and front-line staff in technically driven industries such as pharmaceuticals and ICT.

Taka is certified in Total Inter Action thinking skills development and coaching. He also holds a Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma and is a certified facilitator  in the same methodology. Additionally, he is HBDI certified and earned his Master’s degree from Ohio University.

Fluent in English, Taka has delivered training across a range of international locations, including Hong Kong, Russia, Mexico, Spain, the USA, and Japan.
