CONNECT PRE-WORK: TAKING YOUR HBDI® ONLINE SURVEY

Home CONNECT PRE-WORK: TAKING YOUR HBDI® ONLINE SURVEY

On Day 1 of the upcoming CONNECT Beyond Technical course, you will be learning about your thinking preferences and how they impact on the way you plan and interact.

You will need to complete a confidential HBDI® online survey.

The results of this survey play an integral part on the entire course, so please take your time to complete the survey.

We recommend you complete it in an environment with minimal distraction and preferably not immediately after you have been doing one type of work for an extended period (eg. 2+ hours working on spreadsheets) as this will impact on the results.

Your pre-work email details the deadline for completing the survey. The survey will take around 35 minutes to complete.

To access the survey:

1. Select the survey language you would like to use by clicking on the relevant link under the headings on this page  “Complete your online survey”

2. Enter the webkey provided in your pre-work email, then press the Next button.

3. You may now begin the survey.

Your confidential HBDI® Profile Kit will be presented to you at your upcoming session.

If you have any questions or difficulties completing this survey, please contact Total Inter Action

HBDI® is not just another assessment tool

Ned Herrmann began developing the HBDI® in the 1970s. Twenty years of research and innovation stand behind the validity of theHBDI®. It has been the subject of independent validations, dissertations, and scientific papers. A summary of HBDI® validations can be found in Ned Herrmann’s book, The Creative Brain. Numerous case studies illustrate a wide range of applications of the HBDI®. The HBDI® picks up where other assessment tools leave off. Where most assessments end with a single report, the HBDI® offers a valuable range of applications. Identifying our thinking style preferences is only the first step. HBDI® increases your understanding of self, mental diversity, teaching and training, management styles, communication, relationships, team building, colleagues, superiors, subordinates, creativity, innovation, leadership, strategic thinking and planning, personal growth, sales, creative problem solving, conflict management and career training:
