Her deep expertise covers hardware, managed services, infrastructure, and SaaS, with a particular focus on fostering collaboration and innovation through technology.

As Head of Sales for Nokia and Ezypay, and managing sales operations for NBN Australia, Amanda has driven growth through transformative strategies, governance frameworks, and sales initiatives that deliver measurable value.

She works predominantly with sales-driven organizations that understand the importance of empowering their teams to think strategically, plan effectively, and communicate with impact—key capabilities for thriving in competitive markets.

Amanda’s journey with Total Inter Action (TIA) began as a client, where she applied the training to create consistently high-performing sales teams. This experience sparked her passion for helping individuals realize their full potential, driving her transition into consulting, training, and coaching.

A passionate advocate for women in STEM, Amanda is committed to developing future talent. She actively mentors through programs at Macquarie University Business School and the UTS Lucy Mentoring Program, aiming to inspire the next generation of leaders.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business (AIB). She is also an accredited HBDI® Thinking Coach, specializing in the development of high-performing teams through advanced cognitive and communication strategies.
